The article explores on the efficacy and safety of surgical interventions to treat urinary incontinence (UI) in women. It highlights several types of surgical interventions including anterior vaginal repair, mid-urethral sling (MUS) and laparoscopic surgery. It also stresses the risk of postoperative complications and morbidity.
