- Abstract
Teacher team work implies the opportunity for sharing with colleagues the difficulties overcame and achievements reached in the class in order to optimize the efforts and achieve students learning. Attempting to produce academic knowledge, the working team does a research that begins directly in the classroom; class teacher is the first protagonist in such research; with the integration of this kind of class research as part of the activities of the working team we are building a learning as well as a research community. The main objective of this paper is to document this kind of team work activities developed in the class research. Teachers working in this way may be able to produce academic knowledge; we were looking for an answer to the question, how should the feedback be in order to foster student learning?
