- Authors
Apte, Shireesh Prakash
- Abstract
The article focuses on the decreasing rate of pharmaceutical glass containers. Topics discussed include mechanism of delamination such as the reduced of hydration via Donnan membrane equilibrium and the permeation of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) solution into the glass structure. Also mentioned the use of the indium-tin-oxide and the conductive polymers for the silicon molecule to see the reduced forms of the aluminum or sodium.
