- Abstract
The article discusses the extraterritorial jurisdiction at the crossroads of international and domestic law. It explores the distinction between adjudicative, enforcement and prescriptive jurisdiction and extraterritorial jurisdiction's historical developments. It highlights some ways where the rights of individuals can be countermined by extraterritorial criminal jurisdiction assertions.
