- Abstract
The article presents information on a study related to the importance of ROR1 gene as a pseudokinase for metastasis driven tumorigenesis. The method includes evaluation of the level of ROR1 protein expression, phosphorylation and cellular growth response to RNA interference. The results conclude that ROR1 is a pseudokinase transphosphorylated by metastasis receptor tyrosine kinase.
