- Abstract
An analysis of disturbances is performed that affect the orbital spacecraft functioning. The model of the spacecraft dynamics is proposed to control its rotational movement in stabilization mode using a minimal redundancy structure of the electrical fly-wheels. A computer based simulation of the proposed control algorithm is performed with adding to the control law a damping torque and without active damping torque. It was established that adding of the active damping torque provides a possibility for an effective damping of the spacecraft vibrations.
