- Abstract
The article reports on the results of a study on the formation of zygomatic salivary mucocoele in dogs after dental extraction. Researchers examined a seven-year-old Lhasa apso after undergoing multiple dental extraction procedures. Results indicate that iatrogenic injury to the zygomatic gland was an apparent complication of caudal maxillary molar extractions in dogs.
