Frequent diagnoses of lungworm in cattle.
- Abstract
The article discusses several diagnoses of lungworm in cattle in Great Britain. It says that the outbreaks of lungworm suggest the increasing risk of disease in animals at pasture. It further mentions the role of Haemonchus contortus to the parasitic gastroenteritis infecting ewes and lambs. Moreover, it indicates the extension of tick activity taking into account the occurrence of tick pyaemia and louping ill.
