A case study of a 26-year-old male presented to the outpatient department with skin-coloured papule on his left cheek for 2 years. Topics include clinical diagnosis of morpheaform basal carcinoma and desmoplastic trichoepithelioma (DT) was kept asymptomatic; and DT is a benign adnexal tumour consisting of cells of follicular germinative differentiation.
