- Title
The "Real" in Resistance: Transgression of Law as Ethical Act.
- Authors
Behi, Kambiz
- Abstract
The article discusses the notion of resisting the real as an ethical act in transgessing the legal norm. A radical form of resistance from the perspective of anthropological literature is the experience related to the body in such a way that pain and illness can be viewed as resistance to counter forces of domination. Also noted is resistance in different contexts including that of Brazil and folk illness, that of Iran in the resistance of a jurist and the Foucauldian and Lacanian theories of resistance.
