The article discusses the implications of the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union in court case 'Google Spain SL. v. Agencia Española de Protección de Datos' that started Europe's recognition of the right to be forgotten. Topics discussed include right to be forgotten in context to internet, the European Union's (EU) Data Protection Directive, and EU's law that govern privacy rights for the citizens of the Union.
