- Abstract
The alcohol advertising code of practice in Australia, administered by the industry-managed Alcohol Beverages Advertising Code (ABAC) Scheme, applies to alcohol brand extensions; however, determinations suggest that the code does not restrict alcohol companies from applying their brands to a variety of non-alcohol products.
