The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the case Town of Greece v. Galloway. Topics discussed include the role of Establishment Clause in regulating the constitutionality of legislative prayer practices, the judicial opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court on the case Marsh v. Chambers limiting the legislative bodies from prayers delivered by a chaplain, and the protection of legislative prayers by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
