- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing with focus on the regulation of product characteristics. One of the developments describes the case of Hunter Mills Corp., et al. v. Federal Trade Commission, dealing with contradictory expert testimony in a violation of the Wool Products Labeling Act. Another development discusses the case of Morton's Inc. v. Federal Trade Commission, in which the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit upheld the ruling of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission that the company had violated the Fur Products Labeling Act.
