- Abstract
The article presents experiments which synthesized the complex compound tetrakis[tri(2-chloroethyl)phosphonate]diaquacobalt(II) tetrachlorocobaltate(II), catalyst and modifier of oligo- and polymers using x-ray diffraction and infrared (IR) spectra. The synthesis resulted to a confirmation of the structure of the bicomplex with cations and anions, the binding of cations and anions through hydrogen bonds, and change of IR absorption bands of phosphorus and oxygen.
