- Abstract
The author focuses on the requirement of national legislation or agency action for regulation of private sector contributions to orbital debris. Topics discussed include the space exploration and utilization, peaceful scientific experimentation in relation to developed countries and the disadvantages of the multilateral efforts of the national and multinational space agencies to remove the debris problem. It mentions the adopting debris regulating law, the Outer Space Treaty as well as the bilateral or multilateral treaties to implement international agreements, and the U.SSpace law.
