- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma in the case 'Sheffer v. Carolina Forge Co.' in which the court held that an employer's knowledge of its employee's propensity to act in a way is sufficient to establish knowledge in a negligent entrustment claim. Topics discussed include plaintiff's burden of proof in claims of negligent entrustment; ways to establish the scope and course of employment for employees; and the decision of the court in the case 'Green v. Harris.'
