- Abstract
The article focuses on the judgmental issues of the U.S. Supreme Court case Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, which provides the remedy to the U.S. civilians tortured by the U.S. military and the federal government. It informs that the U.S. Torture Victim Protection Act also protect the civilians against the unconstitutional torture. It analyzes the laws for protection of civilians' constitutional rights.
