- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 47-year-old Latin American female with cervical lymphadenopathy whose pathology of the cyst showed a benign cyst wall with pseudostratified columnar epithelial cell lining with goblets cells with no atypia or malignancy, compatible with a Klestadt cyst. Topics include characteristics of Klestadt cyst or nasoalveolar cyst, magnetic resonance imaging as the main diagnostic tool, and treatments.
