- Abstract
In order to obtain water repellent agent with excellent water repellent property, methyl methacrylate (MMA), lauryl methacrylate (LMA), dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (G-04) and triethoxyvinylsilane (KH-151) are set as polymerizable monomers of preparing core-shell fluorosilicon soap-free water repellent agent by core-shell emulsion polymerization. The results show that the emulsion can obtain stable performance when polymerizable emulsifier dosage is 1. 5%, the modified monomer(G-04 : KH-151 = 6 : 1) account for 70% of the total shell monomer, initiactor dosage is 1% and cross-linking monomer dosage is 1%. And the contact angle, hydrostastic pressure and spray grade of the cotton fabric treated with water repellent agent can reach 144. 6°, 2. 32 kPa and 4 grade respectively.
