Abstract
The article provides information concerning the risk of women with vision-affecting migraines to have stroke. Researchers have found evidence that women suffering from migraines with a visual aura are at a higher risk of stroke. The scientists who conducted the study emphasized that the overall risk of stroke for women in the 15-49 years of age group is low in the general population.
