Mabel Pottinger played a significant role in the growth and success of Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG), one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk management firms in the world. She joined AJG in 1928 and trained the company's founders, as well as shaping generations of leadership within the company and the industry. Pottinger was known for her firm but kind approach and her ability to sell clients what they needed. She was a respected figure within the company and considered part of the Gallagher family.
