- Abstract
The article focuses on the diagnosis of a rare case of adult xanthogranuloma (AXG) in a 21-year-old woman with a solitary, firm, and well-demarcated yellow-red nodule on the left vulva, presenting occasional itching. Topics include the clinical manifestations and histopathological features of AXG, differential diagnosis from similar conditions like tuberous xanthomas, pyogenic granuloma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH), and solitary reticulohistiocytoma (SRH).
