- Abstract
In the May issue of the Library Service, various topics are addressed. Klaudia Charlotte Lenz, Deputy Head of the Library at the German Historical Museum Berlin, reports on the museum library as a possible place for the training of museum volunteers. Ursula Georgy, professor at the Institute of Information Science at TH Köln, discusses the possibilities of participation through "real laboratories" (English "Living Labs") in libraries. Torsten Arndt and Karsten Stemmerich address the question in a reader's letter of whether arsenic-containing pigments in library collections pose a health hazard. Monika Oertner, writing consultant and lecturer in academic writing at the University of Konstanz, points out the unreliability of generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT.
