The article reports a decision of the Minnesota Court of Appeals in the court case 'State v. Turner.' which the court held the state's criminal defamation statute unconstitutional. Topics discussed include laws governing the prosecution of revenge porn and similar problems, need of Minnesota to address both the increasing number of victims and the ingenuity of pornographers, and the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case 'Garrison v. Louisiana.'
