- Abstract
The article examines how to motivate employees to participate in employee health promotion programs and use personal coaching. The author argues that by offering financial benefits to participants in personal health coaching and employee wellness programs, unmotivated employees would be motivated to improve their health. In the article, the author discusses at-risk employees, health-related labor costs, health plan coverage costs, and a study published in the "Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine."
