Abstract
The article focuses on the hypothesis of Jacob Swanson, assistant professor in the department of integrated engineering at Minnesota State University on the impact of sulfur content of fuel and the presence of iron to formation of single-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in an internal combustion engine, wherein an initial study reveals sulfur in diesel fuel lead to the formation of CNT used in European Union and the U.S.
