- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of asymptomatic, hypopigmented lesions on the face. Topics discussed include angulated, hypopigmented macules on the beard area and neck revealed in physical examination; clinical differential diagnoses of pityriasis versicolor, pityriasis alba, idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis, progressive macular hypomelanosis and epidermodysplasia verruciformis; and skin biopsy of dilated follicular infundibula.
