- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 6-year-old third degree consanguineous child who was diagnosed of Immunoglobulin A (IgA) pemphigus. It mentions the overall prognosis in children with IgA pemphigus which shows improvement due to the combination of low dose steroids and dapsone medication of oral steroids along with dapsone. Also offers a table depicting the clinical and immunopathological profile of childhood IgA pemphigus.
