- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old woman who experienced an asymptomatic alopecia and progressive hypertrichosis. It notes that scalp hair loss pattern has appeared as a combination of patches and ophiasis. It has been ruled out that the patient has a rare condition of the coexistence of acquired hypertrichosis and scalp alopecia with infiltrating ductal carcinoma.
