- Abstract
This article discusses a case study of a 27-year-old woman who presented with a swelling on her nose. The swelling was diagnosed as a schwannoma, a benign tumor arising from Schwann cells. The tumor was located in the keystone area of the nose, near the dorsal nasal nerve. The patient underwent endonasal surgical excision of the tumor, resulting in complete relief of symptoms and improved aesthetic outcome. The article highlights the rarity of schwannomas in this location and the successful use of the endonasal approach for treatment.
