- Title
Court of the Judiciary can now investigate anonymous complaints.
- Abstract
The article reports on the amendment of the rule relating to the receipt of complaints against judges, by the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary, to allow for anonymous grievances. The need for change was recognized by the court after it was determined that there might be some occasions when an investigation would be in the best interest of the public, yet no person would come forward and sign a complaint for fear of reprisal. The various developments after the amendment of the rule, have been mentioned.
