The article describes the case of unilateral parotid mass and facial palsy in a patient with relapsing immunoglobulin G4-related disease. Topics discussed include the patient's medical history, symptoms presented by the patient, result of the patient's magnetic resonance imaging and biopsy, and treatments given to the patient.
