- Abstract
The article focuses on the challenge which an organization has faced when conducting a process improvement project. Topics discussed include improvement project which does not have a clear defined scope which leads wasting of time to the team members, need for a skill project leader who can bring a heterogeneous group of people to create a cohesive project team, and availability of resources in an organization during the execution of an improvement project.
