WHAT MARKETING RESEARCHERS EXPECT FROM CLIENTS.
- Authors
Gregory, John D.
- Abstract
The article compares the services offered to health care organizations by research firms and consulting agencies. Generally, research firms conduct objective research after an internal study has been concluded regarding strategic planning and an assessment of potential marketing needs. Consultants services vary widely, but generally aid organizations in creating strategic marketing plans, starting an organization's marketing function, deciding marketing objectives, and establishing research objectives.
