- Abstract
The study was to establish a mathematical model for the determination of tryptamine in fish meal by HPLC. By analyzing and evaluating the sources of uncertainty that affect the accuracy of results, the components of uncertainty from different sources were evaluated, and the synthetic relative standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. The results showed that the determination result of tryptamine in fish meal was 10.3 mg/kg, k=2. Among the components, the uncertainty introduced by standard solution preparation and standard curve linear fitting is the largest. The study can provide reference for the quality control of tryptamine detection in fish meal.
