- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case Burwell v. Hobby Lobby in which the court held that employer could, for religious reasons, can deny its employees for medical options. Topics discussed include impact of feudal practices on employees; the minimum essential coverage of employees under the U.S. Affordable Care Act (ACA); and the Court's decision in the case 'National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius' that inhibited the expansion of Medicaid.
