This paper is, in essence, a jurisprudential chronicle on the concept of good administration. However, the first part analyses the legislation and doctrine that, on this notion, the author considers most relevant, in order to draw attention and, consequently, invite debate on the two basic questions surrounding good administration: what does it really consist of and what can be done with it?
