The article address the conflict between privacy and the First Amendment in invasion of privacy claims such as the one that occurred in Supreme Court of New York's decision in the case "Foster v. Svenson." Topics discussed include New York's invasions of privacy statutes; ways in which tort of invasion of privacy is treated in Utah and California; and international invasion of privacy statutes.
