- Abstract
The article reports on the collective need for health informatics by public health workers, consumers, librarians and communities of Arizona. The AZHealthInfo is a health information Web site developed by the state for the state's health organizations to access. Research found that the valuable resources located online were difficult to find. Money was not available for the state to make the site more available to the public. A partnership was created with the goal of educating state agency personnel and the public in health informatics.
