- Authors
Immediato, C. Sherry
- Abstract
The article focuses on power of learning communities in corporate culture. Learning communities are the ideal practice field for people to confront mental frameworks and bad habit that keeps people stuck in short term, self interesting and ultimately self-defeating patterns and begin developing the capacity to think and act differently. Remaining present to the most challenging situations, rather than ignoring or attacking them, requires clarity and courage. Learning communities are a valuable source for dealing collectively with complexity which cannot be addressed individually. The author took advantage of the process to learn language and practice of corporate and organizational behavior.
