- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the risk factors of water treatment plants (WTPs) using multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method. The possibilities of improving WTP efficiency is investigated with the use of the Non-Structural Fuzzy Decision Support System and the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method (DEMATEL). Also discussed is the significance of parameters relating to WTPs, and illustrates the steps of the DEMATEL method.
