- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old female uremic patient with absence of any family history of mental illness, admitted to hospital for sepsis. Topics discussed include the patient being diagnosed for posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), blurred vision, aphasia with hypertension and right hemiplegia experience by the patient and presence of symmetric vasogenic edema as revealed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of her brain.
