The article discusses the lack of trust among customers over insurance brokers as revealed by annual Image of Professions Survey of marketing research firm Roy Morgan Research. Topics discussed include views of Dallas Booth, chief executive officer (CEO) of National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia, and Vanessa Hall, founder and Director of Entente Foundation, on it and suggestions for building trust by making workplace environment safe and providing training opportunities.
