- Abstract
The article discusses the unique characteristics of extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) with epidermal proliferation and basaloid cells. The medical case of an 81-year-old woman was examined which reveals that her lesion depict changes and irregularities in annular pigmented area and the tumour cells also present irregular arrangement in basaloids. The study notes that the pathomechanism of EMPD proliferated within the epidermal skin suppressing the existence of squamous cell carcinoma.
