The article presents a survey of Swedish magazines oriented toward gay men published between 1969-1986, focusing on how love and sexuality were discussed in such publications. It uses a discourse analysis approach to examine how the Swedish press explored love and sexuality during a period in which homosexuality was becoming increasing included and normalized in society.
