The article examines the legal issues involved in the sex-based exclusionary practice of the "American University Business Law Review." Topics discussed include comparisons to affirmative action jurisprudence, conflict with the American University's stated anti-discrimination policy, and the difficulty of proving standing to bring a lawsuit. It also assesses whether Title IX protections apply to law reviews.
