The article discusses the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) in the U.S. Supreme Court Case Kasten v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. It presence information that FLSC provides protection to those employees who filed external complaints against discrimination. It further discusses the text of the provision and compares it with other employment-related anti-retaliation provisions which reveal that internal complaints are not protected.
