- Authors
Schaerer, Enrique
- Abstract
The article discusses the ruling of the Justice Scalia in the U.S. Supreme Court District of Columbia v. Heller related to the Second Amendment of the U. S. It argues that whether the Second Amendment protects the right of an individual to keep weapons or it extends beyond that. It adds that textualism is the philosophy of Scalia.
