- Abstract
The article discusses how the children at Silver Pines Public School in Richmond Hill, Ontario created a Greenbelt-themed mural. Topics include the lesson by York Region teacher Katherine Laco that mentioned her work on the "Quilt of Possibilities" project of the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation, the Young Friend of the Greenbelt Award given to the students who made the mural, and the benefits of clean water and air that the children learned while working on the art.
